Apex Financial Solutions is a family-owned and operated business based in Collin County, TX. The team features an owner with almost 20 years as a Financial Advisor as well as developing and running small businesses. Over that time, a niche was formed whereby the owner chose to focus on developing systems that assist small to medium sized businesses maximize efficiencies.

 

It starts with accurate and timely bookkeeping, and while that is our foundation, it is truly just the beginning. Apex goes well above and beyond to provide business owners with ways to approach their revenues and expenses with an eye toward efficiency, cost reduction, benefit analysis and maximizing profits.

 

Our focus is to not just keep the books, but to provide innovative solutions to common problems business owners face, and immediately implementable resolutions to these common problems. There are hundreds of methods and strategies we can utilize to reduce various costs, but our focus is to attack the 20 most common categories that all businesses face, and where there is typically the most bang for the buck. Using the latest artificial intelligence and strategic partners, we are able to help our clients reduce costs dramatically.

 

It goes far beyond simple cost analysis and expense auditing. We analyze every ledger expense, every contract, every agreement. Using a highly sophisticated data-lake with over $6T worth of real-world expenses from over 10 million companies, we identify unique opportunities for cost reduction and recovery. In addition, we cross-check and back-check for missed tax incentives, abatements, and credits that may be available to our clients for several years in the past, often getting substantial immediate refunds for our clients. We do NOT simply try and find a lower cost alternative, or switch vendors, in fact vendor changes are very rare. We actually work with existing vendors, negotiate better rates/terms on existing contracts and agreements.  almost always find wiggle room to save clients on multiple categories.

 

The best part is... if we don't identify clear and substantial savings, there is ZERO fee! But the truth is, that rarely happens, because every business in America has multiple expenses they are overpaying. We are able to save employer's thousands of dollars per year, PER EMPLOYEE, on health insurance while increasing quality of care and reducing the employee's average out-of-pocket expense. Our clients can turn their Accounts Payable from a cost center into a revenue stream while increasing efficiency and security, with no loans, discounting or factoring involved. We can provide an employee benefit program that results in an average increase in job applicants of 60%, while decreasing employee turnover by 13% and reduce absenteeism by 10%.
